Job summary

Arlo Solutions in Arlington, VA, seeks an On-Site Program Manager to lead the execution of DHS/CISA international engagement tasks. This senior contractor role requires coordinating with CO, COR, and TPOC and ensuring schedule, quality, and staffing.

You will provide strategic guidance, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and deliver monthly status reports while addressing mission-critical challenges for federal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Active DHS TS/SCI clearance or ability to satisfy TS/SCI requirement.
• Experience leading complex federal programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, coordination, and management of all Contractor personnel and activities under the task order.
• Serve as the primary Contractor interface with the CO and COR.
• Maintain the schedule and quality of all Contractor services, products, and deliverables.
• Oversee staffing across multiple task areas and ensure qualified personnel are available to meet Government requirements.
• Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and subject matter expertise to program and project personnel.
• Analyze client-specific and mission-critical challenges and provide recommendations for process improvement, optimization, development, and maintenance.
• Lead or supervise studies and surveys, analyze resulting data, and develop recommendations and solutions for Government stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and update the Project Management Plan (PMP).
• Establish and manage the contract Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and staffing plans.
• Prepare monthly progress reporting and participate in reviews.
