Job summary

KBR’s Government Solutions team seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead complex, 24x7 mission-critical facilities programs. You will oversee SOW execution, coordinate with CO/COTR and facilities leadership, and ensure contract requirements are met while maintaining high standards of safety and performance.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in program management within IC or similar, strong FAR knowledge, and a proven track record of leading large multi-disciplinary teams in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Must possess a TS/SCI with current Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering plus a total of ten (10) years’ experience in Management level positions OR Bachelor’s degree in another field and ten (10) years of experience in project level positions PLUS six (6) years’ experience in the field of Engineering or Business.
• 7+ years of prior relevant Program Management and IC experience managing large (150+ person) multi-disciplinary workforce including tradesmen, engineers, warehousing personnel, and other base operating support staff
• 7+ years’ experience working in 24x7 mission-critical environments supporting facilities construction, operations, and maintenance, and support services where continuous availability of facility infrastructure is essential and of the highest priority
• Familiarity with 24/7/365 operational environment.
• Strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills
• Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

Responsibilities

• Execution of SOW within cost and schedule; interfacing with CO, COTR, and facilities leadership; delivery of all contract requirements; subcontract management.
• Strategic oversight of planning, resourcing, and execution across multiple programs/projects.
• Financial stewardship of management reserves and expenditure; review of reports.
• Holistic integration across cross-functional teams to meet Government requirements.
• Risk management through allocation of funds for mitigation and contingency planning.
• Clear communication with customers and Government, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Regulatory adherence in partnership with the contracts team.
