Job summary

Dentsu USA is seeking a Program Manager to lead strategic programs, align teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple workstreams. You will shape vision, drive governance, manage budgets and benefits realization, and collaborate with senior leaders and clients.

This role may be remote from Maryland, with in-person hub offices as needed; expects a dynamic, proactive leader who can navigate complex programs and deliver value at scale.

Qualifications

• SAFe experience or certification
• Proven success leading complex multi-workstream programs
• Background delivering with technology teams in web/digital space (CMS, web platforms)
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in governance, financial management, and benefits realization
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Proactive, adaptable mindset in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Define and translate program strategy into clear, actionable objectives
• Lead programs end-to-end with delivery of key business outcomes and benefits
• Champion ethical, responsible decision-making across stakeholders
• Stand up and lead cross-functional program teams including project managers and specialists
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability across diverse groups
• Resolve conflicts, influence stakeholders, and keep teams aligned
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Ensure alignment between program outputs and business goals
• Track, measure, and deliver benefits outlined in the business case
• Design and implement effective governance, reporting, and assurance frameworks
• Monitor performance, address risks, and ensure program integrity
• Drive consistency and excellence across all project workstreams
• Manage dependencies across initiatives and secure resources
• Lead risk and issue management with a proactive mindset
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams
• Deliver clear, compelling communication at every level
• Act as connective tissue across teams to ensure alignment
