Qualifications

• 4.5+ years of account management, client services, or integrated marketing experience.
• Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in performance media and digital advertising, with an understanding of paid search preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, and ability to communicate and coordinate across teams.
• Applies critical thinking and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to support decision‑making.
• Demonstrates curiosity, a strong work ethic, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a trusted day‑to‑day client partner, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring needs are represented across teams.
• Leads project management across account initiatives, overseeing workflows, timelines, deliverables, and alignment.
• Builds understanding of the client’s business, competitive landscape, and digital media ecosystem to support recommendations.
• Manages competing priorities, identifies risks, removes barriers, and keeps projects on track.
• Develops and quality‑checks decks and client‑facing materials with narrative flow and visual polish.
• Leads meeting prep, agenda development, and stakeholder alignment for productive client discussions.
• Maintains and improves account processes, documentation, and project tracking systems.
• Owns day‑to‑day financial management activities including media authorization, invoicing, and budget tracking.
• Supports strategic client planning by identifying opportunities and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Builds strong working relationships across the organization to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
