Job summary

QC Servion, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to drive day-to-day execution of large-scale data center programs across the QC Ecosystem. This role coordinates across partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and issues are resolved before delivery.

The successful candidate will oversee program planning, mobilization, kickoff, governance, and reporting, with emphasis on cross-functional coordination, risk management, and phase-gate readiness.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of program or project management experience within data center development, construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy, EPC or capital project delivery environments.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, consultants, contractors, or delivery partners within a single program.
• Strong understanding of program execution, schedule management, risk management, cross-functional coordination, and phase-gate and readiness processes.
• Experience supporting programs from planning through mobilization, execution and closeout.
• Ability to operate effectively with incomplete information while driving decisions and progress.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution against master program schedules and phase-gate milestones.
• Coordinate activities across ecosystem entities, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between the PMO and field teams.
• Facilitate working sessions to keep projects aligned and decisions moving forward.
• Monitor program performance and identify impacts to schedule, scope, and delivery.
• Maintain accountability for action items, commitments, and deliverables.
• Support mobilization and kickoff planning, and handoff from business development to delivery teams.
• Establish governance structures, communication plans, and reporting cadence.
