Job summary

Florida State University is seeking a Program Manager, Administrative Services for the Stoops Center for Communities, Families, and Children. This remote role will manage Palm Beach projects, develop work plans, monitor budgets, and ensure reporting compliance while engaging with schools, providers, and community partners.

The incumbent will supervise research assistants and OPS staff, coordinate with university and external partners, and travel 15–20% within Palm Beach County to support program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years’ experience related to administrative services or a high school diploma or equivalent and eight years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop work plans, monitor timelines and budgets, track deliverables and outcomes, ensuring compliance and reporting requirements.
• Lead community engagement and substance use disorder prevention outreach with schools, behavioral health providers, youth-serving organizations, and community partners.
• Supervise and support research assistants and OPS staff, including recruitment, training, and day-to-day guidance.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with university faculty, staff, community organizations, government agencies, and behavioral health partners.
• Represent the Center at community meetings, trainings, outreach activities, and project events; travel 15–20% as needed.
