Qualifications

• Four years of related experience
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, local financial aid laws and guidelines
• FERPA compliance and student data privacy
• Ability to travel to all campus locations

Responsibilities

• Provide campus leadership for the Financial Aid Office to support the college’s mission
• Analyze and evaluate financial need and authorize enrollment status and award disbursements
• Notify students of financial aid awards and related benefits, monitor from application to disbursement
• Guide, lead, supervise and develop staff; monitor performance and provide training
• Develop short- and long-term goals and ensure compliance with regulations
• Ensure procedures meet federal/state and institutional requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Evaluate SAP and related policies
• Foster collaborative relationships and uphold core college values
• Perform other duties as assigned
