You will support the Department of Experimental Radiation Oncology and assist the Associate Director with laboratory management, regulatory compliance, and training of staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's in natural sciences, plus substantial laboratory experience and leadership

Responsibilities

• Coordinate experiments in DNA damage pathways, genomic instability, and tumorigenesis.
• Assist with molecular biology knowledge, cell-based assays, and tissue culture.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for supervisors.
• Oversee lab operations, equipment, supplies, and safety compliance.
• Train staff and supervise researchers to meet project timelines.
