Job summary

E Tech Group seeks a Program Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team across electrical and mechanical engineering for automation and control system projects. You will oversee day-to-day engineering operations, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, and align resources with project needs.

With 15+ years in industry and at least 5 years in management, you will coach leaders, manage staffing, travel onsite as required, and drive best practices across the business unit to meet

Qualifications

15+ years of industry experience.
5+ years in a management role.
Ability to travel to onsite project work.
Ability to work in industrial facilities with harsh environments.
Willingness to work weekends/holidays to fulfill customer commitments.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Group Engineering Managers and engineers across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
Oversee project engineering execution from concept through commissioning.
Ensure safety, health, and environment adherence and SOP compliance.
Coordinate with other business units to maintain utilization and fill skill gaps.
