Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Customer Business Unit Program Management Senior Manager to lead customer-focused programs, manage delivery schedules and new product introductions, and drive profitability and quality across multi-site operations.

The role collaborates with Sales and Business Development to craft competitive quotes and leads follow-on business not subject to bidding, while guiding teams and external suppliers to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, scheduling requirements, and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with design systems and product development project management for design services.
• Understanding of global logistics systems and product delivery methods for repair services.
• Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing, pricing, contracts, and negotiations; strong customer contact and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven leadership to motivate teams and achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between the customer and Celestica for managing programs and achieving objectives.
• Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, planning, and monitoring efficiency and execution of strategies.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure on-schedule product deliveries and quality.
• Oversee projects including MRP volumes, new product development, and contract execution.
• Coordinate and host regular program tracking meetings with customers and internal teams.
