Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six to eight years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing customer accounts, profitability forecasting, planning, and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface with customers to manage programs and ensure on-time product deliveries.
• Forecast, plan, and monitor efficiency and execution of strategies to protect profitability.
• Lead pricing/bid preparation and management of contract terms with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor and drive customer satisfaction day-to-day and via formal surveys and issue resolution.
