Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director, Integration PMO Project Lead in a hybrid role across San Francisco, Chicago, and New York. You will lead a cross-functional team to govern a global integration program, align real estate and workplace initiatives, and deliver end-to-end PMO governance for regional consolidation projects.

The role requires 7+ years in program leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and PMP/MSP certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP/MSP certification and advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in program leadership/management with workplace/real estate focus.
• Experience establishing and leading large-scale workplace transformation programs.
• Strong change management expertise and stakeholder engagement.
• 25% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, shape, and govern a cross-functional team across real estate and non-real estate partners to drive progress via a unified program following the Global Integration Program guidance.
• Stand up structured PMO standards, governance, methodologies, engagement models, and tools for cross-functional program execution across construction projects and regional execution.
• Establish stakeholder mapping across partners, business units, and leadership, acting as the single point of aggregation and dissemination of information.
• Build and present data-driven insights and shape communications and reporting to translate issues into executive-level updates.
• Onboard cross-functional team members and leaders to sustain active participation and engagement
• Design and lead large interactive workshops to align objectives across participants
• Oversee and advise on major real estate and workplace consolidation activities from strategy through planning, construction, and implementation
• Assemble consolidated roadmaps, risk trackers, action plans, and reporting templates in line with Global guidance
• Manage program interdependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across multiple workstreams
• Act as trusted advisor to sponsors and leads, guiding strategic decisions in complex conversations
• Support translating business requirements into planning and programming specifications
• Develop and monitor program KPIs and dashboards to track health
• Compile lessons learned and improvement opportunities for strategic recommendations
• Participate in team meetings and support regional program integration when needed
