Nirvana, an AI-native platform for commercial insurance, seeks a senior underwriting leader to own a full program, P&L, and profitability with senior leadership. You will define market theses, build scalable workflows, and deepen broker and reinsurer partnerships.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and data science to push AI-enabled underwriting, pricing, and risk selection, while expanding a portfolio of large, complex risks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of underwriting with deep niche expertise and a track record of managing large portfolios.
