Responsibilities

• Track and report financial and progress across ISC projects.
• Invoicing and financial reporting for each project.
• Manage multi-year government funded projects finances.
• Process monthly invoices and advances.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for ISC staff; visas and accommodations.
• Assist in human resources actions including hiring and onboarding.
• Coordinate meetings and tours; arrange travel logistics.
• Manage ISC service center and procurement.
