Job summary

Aether Aerospace is seeking a Program Controller for the Defense Technology platform. You will conduct financial research and analysis to support programmatic financial execution and contract compliance across assigned programs, using JAMIS/Costpoint for cost tracking and labor planning.

You will collaborate with Program Managers, prepare ETC/EAC forecasts, maintain contractual records, and help drive continuous improvement in finance and contracts processes, ensuring timely, accurate reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance preferred with 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, including ETC/EAC.
• Experience with FFP, T&M, and Cost Plus contracts.
• Experience with JAMIS/Costpoint for labor planning and cost tracking.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Organized with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Support JAMIS/Costpoint ERP system administration and labor planning.
• Maintain contract documentation and processing of modifications.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support QA and compliance by validating data and contractual deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings, data organization, and knowledge management.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct financial forecasting and driver-based labor forecasting.
• Ensure contractual deliverables meet customer satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
