Job summary

Aether Aerospace seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale defense projects end-to-end, from design through testing, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to meet contractual requirements.

Remote-eligible role with preference for Boston, MA or Dayton, OH. Requires active TS/SCI clearance and a proven track record managing complex programs under federal contracts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale technical projects.
• Supervisory experience required with cross-functional leadership.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle from planning through evaluation.
• Proven vendor coordination and risk mitigation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large or complex technical projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Define objectives, plans, timelines, estimates and resource allocations.
• Supervise professionals across technical disciplines and departments.
• Direct design, development, implementation and testing activities.
• Lead meetings, monitor progress and resolve risks or roadblocks.
• Interface with stakeholders and contribute to proposals and growth.
