Job summary

Aether Aerospace, a Defense Technology platform, is seeking a Program Controller to support financial execution and contract compliance across programs. You will analyze budgets, monitor cost and labor data, and forecast ETC/EAC within JAMIS/Costpoint ERP for FFP, T&M, and Cost Plus contracts.

You will collaborate with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to maintain records, draft contract modifications, and ensure compliant, timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelors (or equivalent) in Business/Finance with 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends
• Experience with ETC/EAC development and budgeting
• Familiarity with FFP, T&M, and Cost Plus contracts
• Experience with JAMIS/Costpoint ERP for labor planning and cost tracking
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Ability to work independently in a changing environment

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and optimization of the JAMIS/Costpoint ERP system, including labor planning, project setup, timesheet and expense approvals, and data reconciliation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and repositories, including supporting the drafting and processing of contract modifications as needed, ensuring compliance with internal processes and customer requirements
• Identify process gaps, document new procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across finance and contracts functions
• Contribute to quality assurance and compliance efforts by validating data, ensuring adherence to policies, and supporting contractual deliverables
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as needed, including meeting scheduling, data organization, and knowledge management support
• Demonstrate a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Conduct financial forecasting, including ETC/EAC development and driver-based labor forecasting, and interpret trends to support decision-making
• Ensure all contractual deliverables are met/exceeded to the customers satisfaction
• Perform other related duties as assigned
