Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Executive Director, Clinical Development to lead late-stage clinical development strategies in a remote US setting. The role emphasizes registrational studies, global development execution, and strong medical oversight across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep medical background, proven leadership in Phase 2/3 trials, and experience with NDA/BLA submissions.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree required; board certification preferred.
• 10+ years of industry clinical development with late-stage leadership.
• Experience as medical monitor and Phase 2/3 lead.
• Experience supporting NDA/BLA submissions and interactions with health authorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical lead for programs, overseeing trial design and execution.
• Lead development of clinical plans, protocols, and amendments.
• Provide medical oversight for Phase 2/3 registrational studies, ensuring safety and data integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient study execution and issue resolution.
• Drive milestones including start-up, enrollment, interim analyses, and data reporting.
• Act as medical monitor for assigned studies, reviewing safety signals and deviations.
• Contribute to global regulatory strategy and author clinical regulatory documents.
