Job summary

BriteCore is seeking a driven Program Delivery Manager to lead customer implementations of our cloud-based core platform for P&C insurers. You will shape transformative experiences with Implementation Analysts, plan projects, and coordinate across internal and external teams to achieve ambitious milestones.

You will manage a portfolio of impactful implementations, ensuring clarity, precision, and value delivery, while driving efficiencies in processes, timelines, and costs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex SaaS implementation projects.
• 5+ years leading core systems transformations.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in the P&C space.
• 2+ years experience at a scaling startup.
• Proven track record managing customer relationships and setting expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large end-to-end implementations of BriteCore’s platform.
• Act as primary liaison for largest customers, manage expectations and control project scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate business requirements and deliver high-value outcomes.
• Create and manage detailed project plans and coordinate resources across teams.
• Continuously improve implementation processes to shorten timelines and reduce costs.
• Provide clear updates to executive stakeholders and customers to ensure visibility.
