BriteCore is seeking a driven Program Delivery Manager to lead customer implementations of our cloud-based core platform for Property & Casualty insurers. You will shape customer experiences with Implementation Analysts, delivering clarity and precision across complex projects.

You will manage a portfolio of impactful implementations, create detailed project plans, and coordinate internal and external teams to hit milestones. If you’re ready to influence how customers succeed, we’d love to chat.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years leading complex SaaS implementations.
• 5+ years leading core systems transformations.
• 5+ years in the P&C space.
• 2+ years at a scaling startup.
• Proven track record managing customer relationships and expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end implementations of the platform within 4–8 months, respecting budgets.
• Serve as primary liaison to large customers and manage scope to avoid delays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into deliverables.
• Create detailed, actionable project plans and maintain clear communication.
• Continuously improve implementation processes to shorten timelines and reduce costs.
• Provide status updates to executive stakeholders at both sides.
• Forecast future project needs through detailed effort tracking.
• Document decisions and action items with accountable owners.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Occasional domestic travel up to 20%.
