Job summary

PURE Insurance is seeking a Head of Project Execution to lead delivery across Member, Broker, and Mobile experiences. You will shape priorities with business and technology leaders, balance innovation with feasibility, and drive velocity across a complex portfolio while maintaining a culture of trust and accountability.

The role requires deep delivery leadership, technical depth in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), and strong cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading technology delivery and digital initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and modern software practices.
• Experience with AWS and cloud architectures across Azure, APIs, and integrations.
• Ability to lead across internal teams and external partners across time zones.
• Proven ability to turn strategy into execution and manage constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across PURE’s Member, Broker, Mobile experiences, from discovery to launch and success measurement.
• Translate business opportunities and member/broker needs into actionable priorities and roadmaps.
• Balance innovation with business value, technical feasibility, and team capacity.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Data, Salesforce, Security, Infrastructure and IT partners.
• Provide leadership with visibility into portfolio health, priorities, risks, and decisions.
