Job summary

The Mental Health Association of NYC, Inc. dba Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a Program Analyst to join the Program Impact team.

This remote role requires NYC-based in-person quarterly meetings and reports to the Director of Program Impact, with a 9 to 5 ET schedule and a salary range of $69,000 to $91,000. You will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to improve FYPS programs, develop reports and dashboards, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Health, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, BI, or program evaluation.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytics tools (SQL, R, Python, SAS, SPSS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data analysis plans to monitor program performance across FYPS.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data models for stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-site data reporting and standardize data collection.
• Extract, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership and external partners.
