Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a Program Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform program decisions for FYPS sites. You will develop reports, dashboards, and data models, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Collaboration with Program Leadership, QI, and shared services across Vibrant is essential. The role requires strong data analysis skills, experience with large datasets, and proficiency in Excel and analytics tools like SQL, R,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Health, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, program evaluation, or related roles.
Experience analyzing complex datasets and translating findings into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, SAS, SPSS, or similar platforms.
Experience with sensitive data and supporting reporting or evaluation activities.
Bilingual and bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute data analysis plans to monitor program performance and impact.
Meet regularly with DOHMH to report FYPS program performance and opportunities.
Monitor Maven case reporting for FYPS Bronx with data validation and reconciliation.
Create reports on FYPS performance for contractors and subcontractors.
Coordinate cross-site data and reporting activities for FYPS with standardized approaches.
Extract, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Identify opportunities to strengthen reporting and data collection processes.
Lead complex data initiatives from conception to implementation with leadership.
Provide technical leadership and training on data management and analytics.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership and funders.
