Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a Program Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to improve outcomes across FYPS sites. You will develop reports, dashboards, and data models, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders in a remote role with NYC-based quarterly in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, BI, program evaluation, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools (SQL, R, Python, SAS, SPSS) needed.
• Experience handling sensitive data and supporting reporting, performance measurement, or program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data analysis plans to monitor program performance and impact for FYPS programs with external stakeholders.
• Report out FYPS program performance to DOHMH and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor Maven case reporting for FYPS Bronx with data validation and reconciliation.
