Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a program administrator to organize and implement core and supplemental prevention programs for targeted populations at the state and local level, including liaison, reporting, and ensuring policy compliance.

This is a remote position requiring residence in Oregon; compensation is $24.04 per hour for 20 hours per week, with travel and flexible hours expected, and eligibility for benefits after the initial period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• One to two years’ experience with community awareness, education, partnerships and youth programs.
• Travel and flexible hours are required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and with others, meet deadlines, and handle changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design events to meet grant objectives and market the program to community agencies.
• Manage implementation and logistics of prevention programs through training design and facilitation.
• Organize orientation, evaluation meetings, facilitator training and parent/student workshops.
• Source and recruit volunteers; provide training, guidance, and on-site support.
• Maintain data tracking, financial reports, and program evaluation measures.
• Participate in national program evaluation measures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
