Job summary

Ultipro in Hawaii seeks a program administrator to organize and implement core and supplemental underage drinking and drunk driving prevention programs across state and local levels. You will liaise with partners, report on performance, and ensure adherence to grant guidelines.

This remote position requires residency on the Island of Hawai'i, HI, pays $25/hour for 20 hours per week, and involves event design, training facilitation, volunteer coordination, and data tracking for program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years' experience in implementing community health, partnership and youth programs; grant administration helpful.
• Travel and flexible hours are required.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with clear written and verbal expression in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design events to achieve program objectives and market the program to community agencies; ensure grant proposals follow directives.
• Manage the implementation and logistics of prevention programs through training design at State and Local levels.
• Organize orientation meetings, evaluation meetings, facilitator training, and parent/student workshops.
• Source and recruit volunteers; provide training, guidance, and on-site support.
• Maintain data collection and reporting for grants and evaluation; identify resource gaps and provide timely assistance.
• Participate in the National program evaluation measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
