Job summary

Vituity is seeking a Program Coordinator, Academic Outreach, to amplify our academic recruiting pipeline and manage relationships with universities, residency programs, and professional organizations. You will collaborate with Marketing, Learning & Development, and Meetings & Events to plan and execute recruiting events and track outcomes.

You will coordinate residency and EMPA fellowship activities, manage leads from events for recruiter follow-up, and provide administrative support for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field of study.
• 2–3 years of experience in a recruiting environment with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in a client-facing role preferred.
• Experience working with C-Level executives preferred.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (Taleo, Phenom, Salesforce) preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to present.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen Vituity’s academic recruiting pipeline for Residents, PA and NP students.
• Develop relationships with universities, training programs, residency programs, and professional organizations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Learning & Development, and Meetings & Events to plan recruiting events.
• Coordinate end-to-end residency and EMPA fellow events, including registrations, agendas, catering, and surveys.
• Collect and manage leads from events for recruiter follow-up; track ROI.
• Serve as administrative support for EMPA Fellowships and Residency rotations.
• Maintain residency program knowledge and candidate tracking in Phenom; support outreach.
