Job summary

Syracuse University is seeking a Program Manager within the IVMF Entrepreneurship Shared Services team. The role coordinates between the Entrepreneurship Program, MarComms, and Salesforce/CRM, ensuring recruitment and engagement workflows run smoothly.

Primary on-campus position with an option for remote consideration if located outside Syracuse within 50 miles. Requires 3+ years in program operations and Salesforce experience; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, public admin, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, program operations, or related coordination role.
• Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce; workflow building, records, or reporting.
• PMP certification or equivalent coursework.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience coordinating across teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects with deadlines while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Entrepreneurship Program, MarComms, and Salesforce/CRM teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Facilitate regular coordination meetings for program cycles, recruitment campaigns, and registration needs.
• Translate requirements into requests for MarComms/CRM and track deliverables for on-time completion.
• Identify gaps in cross-team workflows and recommend improvements to leadership.
• Support program-wide communications strategy spanning multiple workstreams and lifecycle stages.
