Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1–3 years related experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Outlook and MS Office Suite.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with grant writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized academic coaching and support program operations.
• Work with middle and high school students to strengthen skills, monitor progress and promote effective study habits.
• Contribute to program coordination, student engagement and collaboration with staff to ensure culturally responsive programming.
• Support evaluation, curriculum development and grant writing efforts as part of program goals.
