Job summary

Valor Education seeks a Special Projects Coordinator to support the execution of Valor Education events, working with the Events Coordinator and under the guidance of the Academic Fellow. You will assist in planning major Valor Education-wide events, provide on-site support from prep through finish, and coordinate with campus operations for seamless execution.

The role requires strong time management, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large events or conferences.
• Ability to provide on-site support before and during events.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Events Coordinator to plan Valor Education-wide events such as New Faculty Orientation, Convocation, and Symposia.
• Provide on-the-ground support for major events from preparation through completion.
• Coordinate with Valor campus operations teams for successful event execution.
• Organize vendors for smaller network-wide events, including public lectures and private dinners.
