Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) is seeking a Program Control Analyst. This role is 100% remote within the United States, requiring strong government contracting experience and advanced Excel skills.

You will manage budgets, perform financial analyses, and support the full program life cycle from proposals to closeout. Responsibilities include interfacing with multiple disciplines, preparing reports, tracking invoices, and developing COAs for financial issues.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 3+ years of relevant gov contracting experience.
• Experience providing financial tracking and support for government customers.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Strong knowledge of government contracting regulations, ROS/ROC, and EAC.
• Proven ability to model finances and present technical information clearly.

Aufgaben

• Interface with program managers, accounting, contracts, subcontracts, and procurement daily to resolve issues.
• Prepare financial deliverables and internal/external reports.
• Develop budgets (spend plans) and perform financial analysis on funding profiles.
• Conduct cost, schedule, and contract performance variance analysis.
• Submit and track purchase requisitions for subcontractors and materials; review invoices.
• Review, track, and approve customer invoice documentation.
• Support the program lifecycle from proposal through contract closeout.
• Develop COAs and recommendations for financial issues.
