Job summary

Connor Consulting seeks a Program Associate to own a large portfolio of active compliance engagements within the Software Publisher Services line, driving each to closure with daily outreach and disciplined tracking.

You will onboard licensees to the audit platform, resolve issues, and serve as the primary contact for licensees, with growth potential into a Manager role as the program scales in a remote US environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio of active compliance engagements from outreach to closure.
• Conduct daily outreach and structured follow-up with licensee contacts by email and phone.
• Onboard licensees onto the audit platform and resolve access issues.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for questions, objections, and concerns.
• Lead verification calls to confirm data submitted through the platform.
• Review submissions for completeness and prepare findings for review.
• Produce recurring program reporting for the client and leadership.
