Job summary

Concurrent Technologies Corporation is seeking a Program Analyst (Technical Writer) to support the FRCS program for the Marine Corps. This remote role requires producing structured technical content, briefs, and documentation across multiple teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in a relevant field and at least 2 years of cyber security technical writing experience in a government context, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2 years of cyber security technical writing experience in a program analyst environment.
• Experience writing for Federal Government, DoW, and Marine Corps facilities programs.
• Familiarity with FRCS or OT documentation and standards.
• Ability to prepare structured program documents and official communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide program analyst support for the FRCS program.
• Develop and maintain program plans, guidance documents, tracking tools, and schedules.
• Produce weekly/monthly status updates for leadership.
• Draft and coordinate official FRCS documentation and briefs.
• Create data analyses, execution metrics, and decision briefs.
• Monitor commitments and obligations and suggest corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project documentation with FRCS goals.
• Produce clear technical writing for government review.
• Maintain project records and SharePoint libraries.
• Support compliance reviews, audits, and governance activities.
• Coordinate with regional personnel and facilities managers for timely documentation.
