Job summary

Concurrent Technologies Corporation seeks an Enterprise Cybersecurity Architect to lead FRCS architecture across the Marine Corps Enterprise Network. You will coordinate architectures, establish roles, and drive RMF and ATO processes with stakeholders across the DoD.

The role requires travel to Marine Corps installations, strong policy and documentation skills, and experience with OT/ICS security engineering and SDN/SDA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related field or at least 10 years of experience performing in cybersecurity architecture, enterprise architecture, OT/ICS security engineering, or RMF system authorization.
• Demonstrated experience developing or managing enterprise architectures, preferably in federal or DoD environments.
• Experience with RMF documentation, control implementation, POA&M development, and compliance validation.
• Experience with SDN, SDA and segregated OT environments.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholder organizations at the enterprise level.
• Experience developing or maintaining MOAs/MOUs/SLAs and defining cross-functional responsibilities.
• Experience supporting ATO processes, cybersecurity assessments, or system accreditation efforts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OT-specific Cybersecurity Architect supporting development and deployment of the Marine Corps FRCS Enterprise Architecture.
• Plan and coordinate a MCEN-hosted FRCS Reference Architecture leveraging SDN, SDA, and OT continuous monitoring platforms.
• Develop and maintain the FRCS Enterprise Architecture and associated enterprise POA&M.
• Create and update RASCI charts identifying roles and responsibilities of the FRCS Architecture.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to establish CSSP roles, responsibilities, and monitoring/reporting functions.
• Review and update guides and policies to align with FRCS Reference Architecture.
• Develop, update, and maintain MOAs, MOUs, and SLAs for FRCS hosting and security.
• Provide technical and analytical support for FRCS authorization and integration issues.
• Support FRCS documentation: inventories, Security Plans, Contingency Plans, DRPs, IPRs, etc.
• Plan and support FRCS Enterprise Architecture TAGs and workshops.
• Develop Information Papers, Decision Papers, Executive Briefs, and sustain FRCS SharePoint content.
• Support FRCS training and data calls across Regions and MARFORRES.
• Provide technical support for FRCS Portfolio Management and DoD system registrations.
