Job summary

Concurrent Technologies Corporation seeks an Enterprise Cybersecurity Architect to lead OT/ICS security efforts within the FRCS program, supporting DoD missions from a remote US location. SECRET clearance is required, with occasional travel to Marine Corps sites.

The role focuses on building and maintaining FRCS enterprise architecture, RMF documentation, MOUs/SLAs, and coordinating with Marine Corps stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant FRCS references and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related field or at least 10 years of cybersecurity architecture experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing or managing enterprise architectures in federal or DoD environments.
• Experience with RMF documentation, control implementation, POA&M development, and compliance verification.
• Experience with SDN/SDA and segregated OT environments.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholder organizations at the enterprise level.
• Experience developing or maintaining MOAs/MOUs/SLAs and cross-functional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OT-specific Cybersecurity Architect supporting FRCS enterprise architecture development and deployment.
• Plan and coordinate MCEN-hosted FRCS Reference Architecture leveraging SDN, SDA, and OT monitoring platforms.
• Develop and maintain FRCS Enterprise Architecture and POA&Ms.
• Create and update RASCI charts identifying FRCS roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to establish CSSP roles and monitoring/reporting functions for FRCS.
• Review and update guides and policies to align with FRCS Reference Architecture.
• Develop MOAs/MOUs/SLAs and define cross-functional responsibilities for FRCS hosting and security.
• Provide technical support for FRCS authorization, ATO processes, and system integration.
• Support FRCS documentation: inventories, Security Plans, Contingency Plans, and other artifacts.
• Travel to Marine Corps installations to support architecture planning and cybersecurity expertise.
