General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) is seeking a versatile Program Analyst to support a range of operations and contract performance for federal government programs.

You will conduct QA reviews, manage documents, support project reporting, and participate in customer program meetings within a distributed team. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience.
• Security Clearance Level: Current DHS U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) BI Clearance, or must have the ability to obtain one.
• Prior security clearance preferred.
• Location: Remote (within the U.S.), plus possible required travel to Ashburn, VA, for quarterly onsite at client site.
• Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
• Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned programs, including monthly status reports, standard operating procedures, project dashboards.
• Participate in establishing and defining program requirements including team operations and logistics tracking.
• Interact regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements, including weekly and bi-weekly project meetings, knowledge capture, document management, training logistics, tracking and reporting.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate meetings on various platforms (in-person, MS Teams, Webex, etc.).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
