The successful candidate will conduct quality assurance reviews, support project reporting, and participate in customer program meetings in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Remote work within the U.S. is available, with occasional travel to Ashburn, VA for onsite reviews.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Requires 2+ years of related experience
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain DHS CBP BI clearance or existing clearance
• Location: Remote (within the U.S.), travel to Ashburn, VA may be required

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
• Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks to meet contractual/project requirements.
• Produce monthly status reports, SOPs, and project dashboards.
• Participate in defining program requirements including team operations and logistics tracking.
• Interact with customers and industry reps to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate meetings on various platforms (in-person, MS Teams, Webex).
