Job summary

Jefferson is seeking a Program Analyst to support the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Mission Support Services. The role is remote with potential travel during the period of performance, and eligibility to work in the United States is required.

You will engage in acquisition and financial assistance activities, develop project plans, analyze policies, and contribute to modernization efforts, including building Power BI dashboards aligned with NIST and DOI standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Six years of experience in program analysis, business analysis, project management, or related activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate information and identify improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with government stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition and financial assistance initiatives, including planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Analyze policy changes and assess impacts on programs and operations.
• Create guidance, materials, and workshops to implement improvements.
• Provide full lifecycle support for modernization initiatives, including testing and implementation.
• Assist in developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.
