Jefferson Solutions Group is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Mission Support Services. This role is remote, with potential travel during the period of performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of relevant experience in program analysis, business analysis, project management, acquisition, financial assistance, or related activities.
• Basic knowledge of analytical, research, and project management concepts and practices.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and summarize information from multiple sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare clear documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, well-organized work products.

Responsibilities

• Support IBC AQD project initiatives through research, coordination, documentation, and other project support.
• Assist with development and execution of project plans and implementation activities for acquisition and financial assistance initiatives.
• Collect, organize, and analyze information from stakeholders and other sources to support assessments.
• Assist with requirements development, workflow mapping, and identification of inefficiencies, redundancies, and risks.
• Support development of policies, guidance, recommendations, and communication materials addressing operational and/or compliance issues.
• Assist with modernization and efficiency improvement initiatives, including testing and implementation support.
• Support development of dashboards and data visualizations, including Power BI dashboards, graphs, interactive dashboards or stories, and infographics.
• Assist with testing and support continuous improvement, workflow optimization, and interoperability initiatives.
