Job summary

Jefferson is seeking an Acquisition Specialist to support the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Mission Support Services. This remote role may require travel during the period of performance and requires U.S. residency and work authorization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and document preparation support for acquisition activities from the pre-award through award phases.
  • Assist with preparation and formatting of acquisition documents, including SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, IGEs, RFIs, SBA offer letters, GSA schedule awards, and other pre-award and award documentation.
  • Conduct research using historical procurement, market, and industry information and assist with compiling information needed to support acquisition actions.
  • Assist with preparation and maintenance of acquisition planning and solicitation materials, including justifications, IAAs, D&Fs, MOUs, acquisition plans, QASPs, RFPs/RFQs, and source selection documentation.
  • Use federal acquisition and business-related systems, including PRISM, FPDS-NG, FAPIIS, SAM/SAM.gov, GSA e-Library, and e-File, to enter, validate, and research contract information.
  • Assist with contract administration activities, including preparation of contract/task order modifications, maintenance of contract records, review and organization of routine contractual documentation, and coordination of supporting materials.
  • Assist with contractor invoicing activities by logging invoices, reviewing supporting information for completeness and accuracy, preparing documentation for CO and/or COR action, and maintaining invoice records.
