Job summary

AN2 Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Program and Alliance Manager to drive cross-functional execution across drug development programs, from preclinical IND-enabling work through IND submission and into Phase 1.

This role partners with Discovery, Nonclinical/Toxicology, CMC, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Development to build integrated plans and manage partnerships. The position is remote with occasional meetings in Menlo Park, CA and reports to the Executive Director, Program Leadership &

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience supporting IND-enabling activities and IND submissions.
• Knowledge of GLP toxicology, CMC/manufacturing timelines, and Phase 1 operations.
• Experience coordinating with external CROs/CDMOs or other vendors.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, and standard productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated cross-functional program timelines from IND-enabling toxicology to Phase 1.
• Lead or co-lead cross-functional core team meetings; drive agendas and track actions.
• Track budgets, vendor deliverables, and resourcing; flag risks to leadership.
• Identify risks and dependencies; coordinate mitigation across workstreams.
• Maintain program dashboards and materials for portfolio reviews and leadership updates.
• Continuously improve PM tools and processes for a growing organization.
