Job summary

Abeona Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Director, Program Manager to lead cross-functional development programs in a remote, US-based role.

You will translate strategy into integrated execution plans, manage timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables across preclinical to IND-enabling stages. Reporting to the VP, Program Leadership, you will partner with functional leaders to strengthen program management, foster governance, and ensure adherence to quality standards while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical field with 7+ years of cross-functional PM experience.
• Experience supporting cell and gene therapy development programs.
• Ability to synthesize complex program data into clear risks, options, and recommendations.
• Proficiency with program-planning, scheduling, analysis, and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated program strategy and governance for assigned programs.
• Develop and maintain the integrated program plan, critical path, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Develop dashboards and reports communicating progress, risks, and decisions.
• Promote adoption of program-management standards across the organization.
