Qualifications

• 6+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical industry; 3–5 years managing cross-functional projects and alliances from discovery through early clinical development.
• Experience with research and preclinical drug development.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Integrated Development Plans for assigned projects in alignment with corporate goals.
• Actively manage and monitor program progress and milestones.
• Identify critical path activities and optimize program execution.
• Monitor issues to resolution and inform stakeholders of outcomes and implications.
• Direct communication with internal and external partners regarding plans, data, logistics and deliverables.
• Establish relationships with external alliance counterparts to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Facilitate alliance team meetings, maintain action logs, timelines, and risk registers.
• Manage cross-functional program timelines, deliverables, and dashboards.
• Communicate cross-functionally to escape critical issues and support governance decisions.
• Partner with teams and finance to develop and manage program budgets.
