Zearn is seeking a Professional Learning Manager, State Support to elevate advanced coaching and state-level execution for facilitators who have moved beyond onboarding. You will own the leadership of coaching cycles and ensure readiness aligns with state priorities.

As a remote role, you will manage a cohort of 3–5 facilitators, synthesize data into actionable plans, and collaborate with the Director of Professional Learning to refine content and strategies for scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in education or professional learning.
• Experience coaching or developing people at scale.
• Record of using rubrics or criteria for success to guide growth.
• BA/BS in Education, Math, or related field.

• Provide advanced coaching and performance ownership for senior facilitators.
• Strengthen state-specific mastery through structured preparation and messaging adaptation.
• Analyze observation data to inform ongoing development and readiness.
