Job summary

Zearn is a nonprofit educational organization focused on making math engaging for all students. We are hiring a Professional Learning Operations Manager to own and optimize the daily operational engine powering 1,000+ professional learning sessions annually for educators nationwide.

You will oversee facilitator assignment, scheduling trade-offs, and session changes, while using data to forecast capacity and improve workflows. This is a remote role aligned with Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• Must have BA/BS or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong operational and data-expertise to optimize delivery.
• Experience managing high-volume scheduling and staffing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own daily execution of facilitator assignment workflows for virtual and onsite engagements.
• Balance scheduling trade-offs for educator impact, travel, hours, and cost.
• Manage changes to sessions, including reschedules and cancellations, with minimal friction.
• Develop plans for multi-session deployments and peak-volume windows.
• Communicate staffing decisions and expectations to facilitators and teams.
