Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience; supervisory experience 0–2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees claims management and insurance follow-up.
• Supervises Billing Collection Representatives and coordinates with Revenue Recovery Supervisor for denials management.
• Ensures timely reimbursement by communicating with payers about delays/denials/underpayments.
• Provides monthly departmental reporting on quality, productivity, denial management, and performance improvement.
• Oversees staff recruiting, hiring, and training; conducts performance appraisals.
