Dayton Children's in Ohio is seeking a Patient Financial Services Insurance Billing Supervisor to oversee the daily work of the insurance billing teams and ensure accurate, timely billing for patient accounts.

Reporting to the Manager, Patient Financial Services, you will supervise staff, train for compliance, review key reports, and address discrepancies to improve revenue cycle efficiency.

This role requires strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient financial services or healthcare billing.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work tactfully with patients, staff, and interdepartmental customers.
• Proficient in supervising billing and collection processes.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day work of the insurance billing team(s).
• Ensure accurate, timely billing processes for patient accounts and supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, hospital policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain efficient workflow and resolve billing discrepancies to improve revenue cycle efficiency.
• Train and develop staff; review key billing reports and monitor performance.
