Applicants must be certified through AAPC or AHIMA (CPC/COC or CCS/CCS-P) with at least two years of experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Certified through AAPC or AHIMA (CPC/COC or CCS/CCS-P).
• Minimum of 2 years coding experience in a professional or facility setting.
• Experience with EMR and billing systems; proficient in MS Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Code CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM for General Surgery and related specialties.
• Determine ProFee or Facility E/M levels using company algorithms.
• Maintain coding accuracy and productivity standards (≥95%).
• Communicate with clients professionally to support business needs.
• Possibly assist with auditing and reporting tasks.
