Job summary

CorroHealth Inc. is seeking a Coding Specialist to provide CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding across multiple specialties from a home-based setting.

The role focuses on Professional Fee and Facility coding, with areas such as UR, Podiatry, Plastics, Pediatrics, OB, Pain Management, Ortho, Addiction, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Pulmonary, or ED. You will apply coding guidelines, maintain accuracy of 95%+, and stay certified through AAPC or AHIMA.

Qualifications

• Certified CPC/COC or CCS/CCS-P required.
• Minimum 2 years on-the-job coding experience.
• Must be proficient with CPT/HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding.
• Strong accuracy and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding for multiple specialties.
• Calculate Professional Fee and Facility E/M levels using internal algorithms.
• Ensure documentation supports codes and impacts reimbursement.
• Adhere to AHIMA/Code of Ethics; maintain privacy and security standards.
