The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Geology with 6+ years of experience, expert knowledge in reservoir characterization, petrophysics, and volumetrics, and proficiency with Petrel and ArcGIS.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geology or a related geoscience field
• At least 6 years of experience in production geology and resource assessment in Oil & Gas
• Expertise in reservoir characterization, petrophysics, and volumetric calculations
• Proficiency with geological software such as Petrel, ArcGIS, or similar
• Experience managing and interpreting large geological datasets
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; clear remote collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Perform geological assessments of producing fields to estimate reserves and resources
• Develop and maintain geological models using production data and well logs
• Utilize geological software for data analysis, mapping, and 3D visualization
• Collaborate remotely with reservoir engineers, geophysicists, and production teams
• Prepare detailed resource reports and present findings to management
• Identify opportunities for production optimization and new exploration targets
• Stay current with best practices in resource estimation and geological interpretation
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all geological assessments
